A MOO is a virtual Environment - Learners learn by moving around within it, interacting with the virtual objects and with each other.

TerraMOO is based partly on a flattened geography of St. Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace in Brisbane. It provides links to classrooms, specialised learning areas and sister institutions/campuses - come on in and explore.

This was the Second Educational MOO hosted by a Secondary School in Queensland - and it gives thanks to Enigma for helping to get the thing installed and working the first time, and Ghostrider for doing some nifty preliminary port sculpting.

TerraMOO was first activated on September 9, 2001. The first students entered terraMOO on September 14, 2001. Amidst the carnage that is real life - terraMOO is a tranquil pool for learning.
